Description
Traditional production appetizers from fruit and plants. The techniques for the production of "Cuvées Vosgiennes" are based on the principles of vinification of noble wines. In the highest respect of tradition, the grapes are replaced by other mountain fruits such as rhubarb, raspberry, blueberry and even elderflower, pine buds and our specialty: mountain hay.
