Our chef makes a point of using natural products supplied by local producers (from the Vosges mountains, Lorraine and Alsace). He invents and crafts top-of-the-range cuisine that is always authentic.

The Jardins de Sophie gourmet restaurant offers seasonal suggestions in a refined, cosy setting. Very bright in fine weather, the dining room opens onto a lovely terrace in season, overlooking the Moineaudière estate and the valley.

You can ask us about our menus, which change according to local and seasonal produce. Our Chef will adapt his suggestions to suit your tastes.
