Gastronomic restaurant of the Relais et Châteaux Les Bas-Rupts located 3 km from Gérardmer in the direction of La Bresse.

Seasonal cuisine, warm atmosphere. Home-made bread. Cellar with more than 1000 references of wines.

Specialities: snail cassolette with sorrel, tripe with Riesling, hot soufflé with Grand Marnier, vanilla ice cream.

The restaurant is closed for lunch on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in low season (except holidays and public holidays).
